Planning Your Big Day
It’s our mission to provide without a doubt the best value in the State for a Country Style Wedding location or any type of venue!
We encourage everyone to visit at least 3 other Wedding/Party locations before visiting the Ranch.
Our beautiful location, climate-controlled interior, vast exterior spaces, and helpful amenities can make Stacy’s Ranch the perfect place to create lasting memories. Please review our packages and amenities below to find the best option for your next event.

Weekend Wedding Package $1500
Enjoy access to our full venue as you prepare for and celebrate your wedding. All amenities are included in this package. Table & and chair teardown are included in this package provided by the facility.
Your wedding weekend at Stacy’s Ranch will include:
- Friday, 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm for Decorating & Rehearsal.
- Saturday, 8:00 am to Midnight for Weddings & Receptions.
- Sunday 3 hours for decoration removal and final cleanup after 10am.
Standard rate includes 300 or fewer guests.
Off Season Rate $1000
Off Season is November 21st – March 1 and July18th-August 31st

Daily Options from $750
Use all or parts of our venue for birthday parties, business meetings, or other events. Different options are available depending on your needs for group size and space needed for your event.
Monday – Thursday, 1:00pm to 11:00 pm
Standard rate includes 10 hours of space use.
Elopements $300
Use our beautiful venue for two hours for your elopement. This package includes time for your wedding ceremony and photoshoot.
Elopements include a wedding officiant and up to 12 guests.

Amenities
You will have full access to our venue’s interior and exterior spaces.
All rentals include 40 eight-foot tables, pick your chair color with 370 resin folding chairs 200 white & 170 Gray at no extra charge. Easily seats 300 guests for ceremony and reception.
Food Prep serving area and refreshment Bar.
All included in a full facility rental.
A $500 deposit is required to book a date.
Alcohol Service
All events where alcohol will be served are required to pay an Alcohol serving fee of $500. A state licensed bar tender is required at any time Alcohol is being served. The Ranch will provide a state licensed bar tender for 4 hours as a part of the serving fee. Additional time needed over the 4 hours is billed at an hourly rate. This fee is based on 300 or less guests and may be higher depending on the size and nature or your event.
No alcohol can be served before 8:00 am or past 11:45 pm on weekends. 11pm during the week.
